Hide Calendars in Publishing Host

Currently, the Calendar Publishing Host can be configured to not display any calendars, but the publishing user can mail the URL to people. I'd like the administrator to be able to go in and mark a calendar as "public", and then have it display on the calpub host, even though that default would be that calendars do not display. This solves the problem of only being able to have a single Calendar Publishing Host, and having a need to publish calendars for internal users (private calendars) and external users (public calendars). I'd be fine either way: mark a calendar as hidden, with the default as public; or mark a calendar as public, with the default being hidden.
