Micro Focus GroupWise: Archive path as UNC-path and so allow proxy to access archive

At the moment a proxy is not able to access an archive.
It is already possible to access the archive via UNC-path (\\server\some\folder) even it is not official supported. This way the archive path is no longer bound to a specific drive letter and a proxy in theory could access the archive independent of his drive letters.
