Micro Focus GroupWise: Provide more internet mta capabilities in GWIA.

GWIA is a bit limited here, possibly because it's primary purpose was to convert mail to and from GroupWise format.
If the mta function were separated and expanded, similar to postfix, for example, then it would solve a lot of workaround headaches.
Alternatively, a nice admin wrapper for postfix might be more practical.

Please do not integrate postfix. I agree that more functionality in GWIA would be nice.
