Example:
UserA proxies into UserB through WebAccess. UserA has full proxy rights to UserB and wants to grant UserC proxy rights to UserB.
Useful for users that are restricted to WebAccess.

Modify proxy rights for another account while proxied into that account in WebAccess

I agree.
Older client versions would allow me to proxy to mailbox where I had all rights and add another Proxy user. Can't do this now with 14.2.2 client. If there IS a way to do this without logging into the user's account, please let me know. THanks.
