  • this is definitely a missing feature in my view, every major web access client does this. It would be great if the content was pre-fetched so when the user selects the message it is ready to display instantly.

  • Only with a Quickview Feature WebAccess becomes a real usefull tool with which i could work well. Without this Feature its only a Kind of Workaround....
    I badly Need this Feature for my thousands of users.

  • Without Quickview the product is nearly worthless. EVERY OTHER ENTERPRISE EMAIL SYSTEM ON THE PLANET has a feature rich web interface. I am asking my staff to use GroupWise and not the Axigen platform we use for our customers. They are not happy with the limited features in web access. The primary reason for using Groupwise is to keep things as seamless as can be for my staff.

  • Huge +1 for this. I am a Linux user and use GW webaccess because it works well and is easier than relying on RDP/virtual machines with GW client. No idea why there isn't an option considering pretty much every other enterprise mail client provides this feature, and the emphasis on web-based applications is only going to increase.

  • It is YEARS ago a full featured web client was promised, which was supposted to be on par with the desktop client. So, we really need these features, especially since the lack of a Mac (and Linux) client.

  • Like Sebastiaan V, I have a 200 users with linux desktop, and after to discontinue GW Client at GW8, the MicroFocus (aka Novell) say change to webaccess, because from 2014r2 is a full version, and desktop replacement, but need quickview please....

  • Well, why is it possible to have QuickView in safari in IOS an not in other operation systems? So if there is an solution, why not for all browsers?

  • Mike, we see in Berlin a new Version of WebAccess with QuickView.
    You tell us, it will be possible in 18.1.

  • This is planned for the new GroupWise Web Client in the 18.2 release. It is currently available in Tech Preview. https://hub.docker.com/r/mfgroupwise/webacc-ng
