In GWIA it is possible to prevent rule-based messages based on the sender using access control -> class of service.

Unfortunately it is not possible to specify recipients where rule-based messages should not be sent to.

Our proposal would be to extend the GWIA configuation (class of service) to also include recipients and/or hosts.
