I want be able to turn on a weather bar in the calendar so that see current weather conditions in my calender

Acceptance Criteria
Primary Success Scenario:
1.User can define location/location detected
Users can specify temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit
2.Weather bar appears in the calendar views (Day First)
3.Administrator can enable/disable this setting (Client Option)
4.Administrator can define locations (Per PO? Domain? User?)
