Micro Focus GroupWise: Ability to set meeting duration time to any value

Description:
As a meeting organizer for executive staff I want be able to set the meeting duration time to any interval such as 8 or 12 minutes so that we can support unconventional meeting durations

Often executive staff will grant a small window of time for an interview/meeting etc..

Acceptance Criteria
Primary Success Scenario:
1. Allow the meeting duration to be any value and stop rounding the value by 5 minutes up and down
