Micro Focus GroupWise: Exclude Global Signatures when sending to External non GroupWise Domain recipients

Description:
As a GroupWise Administrator I want to be able to exclude Global Signatures for messages sent to users in an External Non GroupWise domains.

We are in co-existence and those external domains are other divisions in our company and do not need the global signature

I could use this for messages that get forwarded to Vibe. I have no need or desire for s signature there.
