We would like to be able to set up a template multi-user view calendar that could then be distributed to a group of users.
Ie have every body in any given department be able to simply click on a view list button and be able to view, there own calendar, a department vacation calendar, a meeting schedule calendar and perhaps co-workers.

We have numerous meeting room calendars and department vacation calandars that we have created as user accounts and allow people to proxy to them, we haowvere have teo go to each user account to set up a multi-view, it would be way easier to roll that view out to everyone.
