Administrators need the ability to run reports from GroupWise Admin Console so that we can get information out quickly such as mailbox stats, proxy rights etc. Better still allow us to choose the information that we want out.

The ability to use 3rd party apps such as crystal reports using odbc or some other means would be nice. We have an issue with users not cleaning up their mailboxes until they reach their quota. We could have a report automatically emailed to the user when they reach a certain threshold with instructions on how to clean it up. I realize you can set a warning notification at a certain pertentage but the users just ingore it and move on. An email message through reporting would be more policy based.
