Micro Focus GroupWise: Text templates in E-Mail

Human Ressources receives a lot of applications. They want to be able to define some Text templates, to quickly respond to the canditate.
Acctually the have about 20 Text Tempates in MS Word, and they copy them and paste it into the answer mail. If this could be done in GroupWise, this would be great.
View Templates is no solution, because you can only create new mails. HR will be able to insert text templates in the relpy of the mail.

Indeed templates would be great to use in replies too; see also the IDEA for a "Message Templates folder" @ https://ideas.microfocus.com/MFI/novell-gw/Idea/Detail/877

In my job there are repeated responses that has to be made. Text templates would be great to have. Is this a feature that is available in GroupWise?
