Having a bunch of messages with the same subject of "Domain.PostOffice GWCHECK complete", all from either "Post Office Agent:" or "Admin GWCheck" makes it hard to find the audit or Contents check you are trying to get to.
Having the From being the name of the POA running the scheduled ones would help for all the systems with multiple PostOffices
Having a subject that indicated what kind of GWCheck was run would make it so much easier and quicker to drill in on the regular making sure that the system is healthy.
Being able to sort by attached file would help here, but I think that might be harder to implement than the subject and from message the POA sends.
