Micro Focus GroupWise: Restore item from trash with Ctrl-z

Add support to the GroupWise client so that when CTRL-Z is pressed the last deleted item is restored from the trash. Repeated CTRL-Z should restore each successive previously deleted item for the current session.

This is a feature that I cannot believe has been missing since version 2. In what other system can you not hit CTRL-Z to not retrieve the last deleted item?
