After deleting 6 domains and 3 service request, I think it is wise to update the documentation on deleting a domain. Groupwise 2014R2 SP1 (Hope the other 7 deletes will not break the system).

Documentation update:
First: set all links to indirect, only the link to the primairy domain should be direct
Second: Delete poa and GWIA (although the documentatiion says otherwise) before delete.

Software fix.
The delete routine should check for link problems and GWIA before deleting the MTA.
If everything is ok then delete the MTA object in the GW database.
