Up to GW8 it was the standard behaviour to C&P the whole Content of a window. This was changed since GW2012. Now we can only C&P the msg text, but not the Header Info. All those needing Header Infos (for Spam Analysis, Troubleshooting, ...) now have to store the msg to a text file and have to C&P their Content from this file. Then you have to delete this temorary file. Very complicated and time consuming to get a small Portion of information!
