When I include a picture (like a screenshot) in an HTML mail I often want to scale the picture to take less space.

Unfortunately scaling the picture while draging the mouse it looses the correct ratio.

In other programs this is done right by differentiating between the scale buttons on the corners and the edges of the picture.
The corner buttons scale in proportion.
Sometimes the User has to hold a special key like Shift or Alt.

Another way could be a property dialog for pictures where the user can input the picture size in percentage or pixel. (hight and width)

I did not find a solution in v14.0.2.

• using 18.0.1 (build 129782) aspect ratio gets lost, when resizing via corners!
  shouldn't be rocket-science to implement this!? tnx!
