Changes made in the GroupWise Administration that impact fields in the Directory (such as email address) need to sync back to the Directory. Numerous customers are expressing discontent with the one-way "sync" behavior. It is currently an "update" not a "sync". Also, Disassociate in the GroupWise Administrator SHOULD NOT delete the corresponding object in the Directory, at least not without a validation dialogue giving the option to do so or not. Currently, an eDirectory Group that is associated as a GroupWise Distribution List gets deleted instantly when disassociated from within the GroupWise Administration console. This has a direct and negative impact on all eDirectory users in that Group.

This needs to be a high priority issue.
