Currently the "until" time field will not accept any value. Even though it defaults to "11:59 PM", it will change to the most recent 5 minute interval (e.g., 11:55 PM). If the user enters 1:28 PM, the time will change automatically to 1:25 PM, etc. The entry should respect the exact time entered.
