Maybe by enhancing WebAccess rules and adding an "html plugin" into Outlook so Outlook users can use native GroupWise rules as if they are "in Outlook"

Allow Outlook users to create rules in GroupWise

Brilliant idea! The rule system in Outlook is certainly not as intuitive as GroupWise, and obviously (without Exchange) it relies upon Outlook being open to run.
This would 100% be a massive help for those of us who make Outlook available to our users but don't want to pay the extortionate Exchange server costs!
