While most users find the 2014 model of name completion to be an improvement some users find that it provides names on the list they'll never choose and have to sort through. In 2012 name completion only provided one result based on what characters you already entered, thus eliminating the need to sort through choices assuming you know who you want to send your message to. This is preferred by most of our users since we've been on GroupWise almost since the beginning of time.
Providing legacy behavior for Name Completion is the most requested enhancement I get from the majority of our users. Most of them want back dated to the 2012 client because of the change. We also find that if you have a large address book there is a slight delay in producing search results. As fast as our users work they end up putting the wrong names for the recipients of emails.
