When using browsers on the Mac -- Safari and Chrome (especially Chrome) -- the JavaScript within WebAccess frequently causes formatting errors. In particular the following seem to occur regularly across versions
1. Blank lines at the top of a document are eliminated and sometime beginning text is too.
2. Pasting text at the beginning of a line in the middle of the composition window instead pastes the text at the bottom of the message.
My idea is that WebAccess Composer JavaScript be overhauled to make these sorts of problems impossible.
