Micro Focus GroupWise: Create Document using MS Office 2013 / 2016 does not work properly

I appreciate ODMA functionality was removed in newer version of Office
Works fine in 2003, 2007 / 2010

Support for Word / Excel with Office 2013 & 2016.
Currently creating NEW documents in the library doesn't work properly - document is created on the local PC with a Chinese looking name and Blank document is the Library & the new Chinese looking file on the local PC.

GW client needs improving / fixing to make this work correctly
