Answering a message in a shared folder (e.g Cabinet) in GroupWise will create a new message of the type "Memo" instead of a "Message." While answering you can choose for a Private Message, but this setting is only for this specified message. Every reply to another item will create a Memo. An option to save this setting or change answering into a Private Message would help!!
