At the moment a restore area has to be writeable to use it. Otherwise the POA throws 8201 errors when trying to access ngwguard.db and user databases. As there seems no reason to write anything in a restore area the read-write requirement should be removed.

Backround: We use dbcopy for backup our production system to a second storage system. There we want to use the storage systems ability to create storage snapshots. As result we get multiple read-only backups without wasting a lot of storage. Most data in a big GroupWise system never changes so snapshotting the dbcopy result will be very effective.
