We like to create Ressource-Mailboxes which only can receive E-Mails but can not send normal E-Mails. Sending is only allowed from personal Mailboxes not from a anonymous Ressource-Mailbox. At now you can set the maximum transfer size to 1 KB but even after that you can send E-Mails with less then 1 KB and you can not send folder share invitations. For external you can use the GWIA to prevent sending E-Mails but internal its not possible. To complete our situation, the people with access to the Ressource-Mailbox are the owner with full proxy-rights and need this rights and must be able to add new users to existing and new shared folders.
