Be great to have a quick view of the message when review history without having to open every message.
I have been begging for this for years. I suspect for some this is a little used area of the system, but for users of the quick lookup of person in the address book, it is a godsend, and would be so much better with quickview.

If you right-click on the "History of contact" text directly right on the History Tab itself, you get to see a settings drop down menu in which you can select Properties. You can now Set and Save your Quick Viewer preference.

Right clicking on the Contact History tab, does indeed present the Properties Window. However trying to save the Quickviewer option does not "take" as in does not save it. And Re-opening the Properties Window it displays it without the changes saved.

Hi Tim, I'm on GroupWise 2014 R2 and it works for me. You could upgrade or open a SR to get a newer client build.
