This is possible via the search box on top right. I believe it has been for several versions. in Client 14.2.0 and further you can also click the arrow in that box to see specifically where you are searching.
This option exists. When you have a folder open and you right-click in a folder IE mailbox, there will be an option to "Find in Mailbox" this option exists for folders in the cabinet as well.
