One thing I really would need is the option to include extern persons, e.g. partners from other universities, to the calender - also when they not use groupwise.
Time management this is extremely important in modern times, and the world consists not only of groupwise users. It would help if the calender could synchronise to others, e.g. the google calender. I found posts with this idea, from one year ago, but it seems that nothing has happened in this direction yet.

Define "include persons to the calendar" please. Like every other email/calendar system in the world, you can invite extern people to appointments. Groupwie can also share your calendar with the outside world, if your IT department allows and installs it. Virtually no other product offers significantly more or different features.
