We are a mid sized hospital, currently operating roughly 600 computer workstations. These are used by multiple employees in a given shift. We use KeyShield SSO for managing access to these shared workstations for several applications include main Hospital IS. Our collaboration platform is GroupWise 2014 R2.
As we are satisfied with KeyShield SSO authentication to GroupWise, we would welcome if GroupWise client for Windows will be able to react to user swapping or logging off. In the case of users swapping, it is necessary to close the mailbox of one user and open mailbox of the other user. This needs to happen automatically, without utilizing mouse and/or keyboard. Our main concern is speed. Our employees swap in front of workstations many times a day, thus ideally swapping from one user to another should not take more than a couple of seconds.
