Currently the dialog is different for HTML and plain text. For plain text it also lacks the possibility to select how many pages should be printed. Confusing for the users...

Unify Print Dialog for HTML and plain text messages

Exactly what we need, and please with an option to print only the marked part
Agree with this idea. Users are confused getting different dialogs for printing especially if some mails are text-only and another is html-only.
This will be necessary, because using GroupWise via a Citrix Session, html formatted emails can be printed and plain text email won't. Thank you.
