When opening a new email, the new email does not display. Have to click on discussion thread and find the desired email. This can be very confusing!

Have an option for emails not to automatically go to a discussion thread. Please!

I find it very confusing when the email list the latest with its subject line, but when opening the email up, its buried at the bottom of the discussion list. It would be great if the last email of the discussion would be displayed first/top of the list.
