We need an option in the GroupWise client to disable the "Forward as Attachment" button. When a user receives an email on their IOS device that has already been forwarded several times as an attachment, they can no longer see the attachments (.pdf or .docx) from the original mail. On IOS you get an error message "Can not Download Attachment". However, this only happens on IOS devices, everything works fine on Android.
We would appreciate it if we had the possibility in the mail client option to deactivate the function "forward as attachment" for the user or set a standard. So you could bypass the old known problem.
