We need the feature that attachments in jobs, notes and appointments are also transferred from GroupWise to the smartphone via the GroupWise Mobility Service.

This is limited by the Microsoft activesync protocol.
Notes and Tasks over activesync only support plain text, and no attachments.
Appointments over activesync provide support for attachments only when talking over protocol 16+, which many of the clients, including Samsung mail and Outlook, do not support. iOS and BlackBerry Hub on Android apparently do.
