every user can write his own signature. thats fine.
But one =default signature should be provided by administration and should not be modified by the user.
This signature is populated via variables.
This way we can secure corporate identity

• Global Signatures is an existing feature where an Administrator can set a Global Signature and apply it as a client option to a domain, po or user. In GroupWise 18.2 this feature will be enhanced to support Variables.
