The new 2018 Webclient shows some sent emails as "unread" forever, if they have been altered by Plugins like Formativ Solution (to delete bulky attachments from them etc.). This was not the case in the 2012 Webclient.

FWIW: This is not a bug tracking or reporting system here. Please either open a Service Request or post suport issues in the forums. The ideas portal is for "Ideas" to enhance the software with wanted functionality it currently hasn't.
