When you use Webmail (not GMS) on your phone, and go to the address book section in the main menu (or when composing/replying an email), you can search by NAME or LAST NAME, just fine.
But if you select Groupwise Address Book and search by name or last name (the only 2 search fields available), you would get the first 50 users in the address book; no matter the keyword you use.
So, basically, you can't use the search feature when selecting that Address Book.
It would be nice if you the proper search fields would be shown.
