Micro Focus GroupWise: Bulk GW and Messenger user association

When migrating Messenger to version 18 you get separate Messenger users, which you have to associate to GW users ONE BY ONE.
It would be nice if there was a way to bulk associate users, like you can do with "Enable Messenger".
