Micro Focus GroupWise: GMS: keep settings on reinitialized user

Hi

If a user is re-initialized, the user defined settings are cleared too. Especially if sync of shared folders is enabled, this is a lot of work for the user to re-set all the stuff.
We like to have an option on re-initialize like "keep user defined settings" in admin-Gui
