If a user has a lot of proxy user accesses the list is almost unmanagable at the moment.
Sorting, scrolling (a lot of scrolling) create a very unpleasant experience.
We need:
* favorites
* some kind of structure (groups, folders)
* tagging
* and the ability to 'live search' (filtering the proxy list in realtime as more characters are entered)

A quick fix is to customize the toolbar (right click on the Toolbar - Customize Toolbar - Customize Tab). In the File category add the button to Manage another user's Mailbox - bottom row, second icon from the left). The Proxy button will then appear on your toolbar. Clicking on it will let you type in a proxy users name and bring up a list of users with a similiar name, i.e. the live search option you want. Using the button is also much quicker than scrolling through a list of users. Hope that helps for now.
Thx for the Suggestion. This actually saves a single click.
Without toolbar:
After one click and opening the list a second click opens the same exact dialog.
With the toolbar button it is possible to open the account selection window with a single click, saving one click.
A real solution would be a user sorted favorites section with a folder(!) structure below containing all proxy users. This could scale to hundreds of users compare to ~30 right now.
Yes it saves a single click but it's much quicker than clicking and then waiting for a list of users to scroll, especially if the user you want is at the bottom. I agree a folder structure would be better - I've cast my vote.
Hi
Additional, we like to have:
- sort by last used
- sort alphabetical
- settable auto clean up rules for proxy-list: keep last [number] proxy users and/or keep proxy users last used [days]
Thanks
