When sharing folders with other users, by default the end user receives a message with an empty body. If the end user is working with the Quickviewer, it just looks like a blank message - they don't know that they have to double-click to open the message, starting the Shared Folder UI.
It would be great if shared folders could be accepted within the Quickviewer pane.

Just noticed that Micro Focus have put a mechanic into the Windows client for users to accept shared folders and shared address books from the Quickview. This is currently working with 18.1.1 build 133172 - hurrah!
