We use proxy access to GroupWise calendar for all users as initial standard setting. This enhances transparency when looking if someone is busy or not. Emails are not visible, only appointments.

However, all folder names and subfolder names of the cabinet are visible. People tend to use those for sensitive projects or even HR cases. So no-one with proxy access should be able to read those folder names. Management thinks the system is useless due to this.

Please provide an option to hide/protect those folder names in proxy access. Or is there a way?
