When delegating tasks to others, provide the ability for the delegatee to provide written comments regarding the task. Each comment could be timestamped and listed in the Task body.

This provides an in-context communications mechanism with the Team Leader regarding that task.

As an alternative, provide a "Share" checkbox for the "My Notes" field that would allow sharing of the "My Notes" field with others users attached to the task.
