Currently only the first status change (accept/decline) is being sent by mail. it is being controlled by a checkmark so only people who want to turn it on, get the mails. In the field we do run into situations in which an appointment was first accepted but later declined. In those situations it would be great to get an email notification of the status changes (all of them). it's one of these small things that make working with GroupWise more productive

  • What are you asking for? I can send an appointment and ask for a mail receipt when accepted and when declined. If the recipient accepts the appointment, I get notified by email. If they later decline the appointment, I get another notification by email.
