The scenario would be that instead of talking to a person and asking them to give them proxy rights to, let's say to a calander, instead they try to proxy a users calendar and you're given to option to send a request via the UI so that the owner can allow or deny.

attempt to proxy to a person's mailbox or calendar that you don't have any granted or explicitly blocked rights and get a helpful pop-up "Would you like proxy rights to this mailbox/calendar? click yes to send request to the account"
especially useful for all the times where talking to the person is just not an option.
I like the ideas above. Easier proxy administration has always been something I've wanted.
