If you plan appointments in the future, you get an item in the 'Sent items' map. That can be rather irritating and confusing because they will be mixed up with the regular sent items. And with cleaning actions in the Sent items map you might even throw away an appointment. Not so nice.
I therefor created a map called 'Sent Agenda items' and with a rule I let Groupwise drop these items in that map the moment I create/post them.
It would be nice if this was part of the fixed structure of Groupwise; so easy available for every Groupwise user, without the need of a rule.

P.s. I like rules though!
