As far as I know it is not possible to manage a pop3/imap account over the proxy feature. (sent/receive is grayed out etc.). It would be great to manage the whole mailbox inclusive all additional accounts over the proxy feature.

Alternativ option is an admin addon to manage the send/receive of pop3/imap accounts.
