In some areas of this small world people are very concerned about their privacy and they feel “watched” by the read (or open) confirmations in email/appointments. Right now there is no way of turning this off at a per user base (the recipient). There is a possibility creating a read everything and market unread again rule but a user switch (sending this individual on a Robinson list) would be a much better option.
