User has an account disabled so user cannot login, but proxy users of this account can still access it.
If an account is disabled in groupwise, then it should also apply to logins via proxy!

Disable proxy logins when account is disabled

OR give an option to allow this or not..
OR give us an option or report to see who has proxy access to an account. (Last comment I promise).
I'd like to see this as a difference between a "disabled" account, and an "inactive" account. I would like it if the disabled account were truly disabled completely.
