Micro Focus GroupWise: replace install.bat with a true MSI installation

Using install.bat might be ok for a one-off manual installation. But it is clunky as can be when trying to automate installations via ZCM. Please provide a true MSI installation that we can install easily via ZCM.

Exactly this, its 2018 why am I still running a Batch file for installation!
